European food and wine
Autumn 1985 in September, we were about 20 people started through a lunch course through LOF in Grenå.
As a teacher, we had Klaus Prüfer, educated chef at a German wine castle and his assistant Jørn Lænø,
who at that time had a small wine shop in the basement under
A residential property on Storegade in Grenaa.
Here we regularly met on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, bought and talked wine and took some
samples of their wine.
The food course was for 3 really exciting six months with cooking and wine tasting from around
30 different countries in Europe and a little outside.
